Can’t find where to edit favourites

My app icon shows two alerts but I do not seem to locate where the alerts are set. I would like to remove them

Click the small pencil to edit the alert and modify / delete it.
To delete a favorite, select it and click the small heart near the search bar to remove this favorite.

My problem went away. I don’t know exactly what I did but I suspect that it was related to my use of Windy on both my phone and my iPad
