Symbol meanings

I've been searching madly to find out what the symbols in my upcoming weather forecast mean. I was going to add to the thread referenced but was advised to start a new thread as it was quite old. Like the poster on that thread, I'm using a desktop computer with Windy.com, and have no clock symbol on my screen. The symbol I want to know is the grey horizontal lines between 1 and 4 am on Friday. I wondered if it could be frost, but surely 12 degrees C is too warm? Having no legend onscreen is crazy!
