won't save my settings

For some strange reason, none of my settings get saved, every day I come here I have to reset everything. All the settings go back to what they were when I opened this page...not interested in surface ozone in any manner way or form, but every time I log in, I have to change it all to the settings I want to see....something wrong with the cloud?

@trajo Hello, what settings do you mean in particular? You can save a layer as your default in Settings, but waether models cannot be saved, default is ECMWF.

I am talking about the settings that are supposed to be saved to the cloud, all the settings on the side bar, they're the only settings there are here. Why do these settings not save, every day I have to reset everything because it takes away all the things I want to see and makes me reset everything. I live on the ocean so these settings are very important to me. I like your weather map, but just wished it would save my settings.

@trajo Hello, only parameters that can be saved are located in Settings. Do you have a problem with them?

@Korina Hello Korina, from my side I turn on UTC and the satellite as startup layer, as well as saving my 1/3 hour preferences. None of these ever stay the same when I log in.

@Suty I use windows desktops which host multiple users.

@Korina it doesn't matter what I do, none of my setting ever save. I think I'll go back to the free version...

@trajo No, I still mean the app in the desktop browser.

@Suty I don't use it, it's a pain in the ass to try and download. I use the browser page, and it bites. It used to save all my settings, there used to be a cloud everything got saved to, but this new version is crap

@Suty I just want my settings saved, it never stays on Cowichan Bay where I live, it always goes to determine by IP, and that's not where I leave it ever, I just want it to open on Cowichan Bay, not Vancouver, not Victoria, and not anywhere my Kamo is set to show. version 4 bites and is very unfriendly. Windy used to save all my setting before, but seems to have a default it goes to that I don't want. And I don't appreciate how that always pops up that this version is so much better, it's not.
