The video or GIF that you can make in Windy menu, is poor quality, just to be used on Facebook or other similar social media. This is not providing a good quality level for YouTube for instance, particularly if you want to show the different features you use on Windy.

You need to use a video screen recorder. Some of these app are free and they are available on Internet.
