crystal clear sky

low turbolence (seeing)

preferably low humidity level

Planning a night far from city light pollution with a suitable weather condition is always a headache. One or a couple of levels dedicated to that kind of activity would be pretty appreciated

Hello Korina,
take a look to this page:

https://www.meteoblue.com/it/tempo/outdoorsports/seeing/roma_italia_3169070

Some of the info is available in windy ad you said.
It would be nice to get the other as well.
Are there any layer suitable for checking the seeing?
I can always check meteoblue forecast but I'd like the same info also from the other weather service providers.

Try the Humidity and Clouds layer.
