      Hello,

      it seems that I have been billed several times 5x for my annual subscription
      thank you for my refund

      there is a problem with fastspring I believe because I keep receiving payment requests

          @metacrea Hello, all of the 5 payment attempts failed, that means you have not been charged. I have sent you email with more details.
