    Radar "No Data" on launch

      Starting recently, I am often getting a “no data” radar display when launching the app (screenshot attached). I have the radar set as the default layer. The only way to fix it seems to be force quitting and relaunching the app.

      Any ideas what’s causing this issue? Please let me know if you need any additional info for troubleshooting.

      iPhone 12 Pro, iOS 15.0.1 (issue also occurred on iOS 14).

        @inajet Hello, the radar is back online.

        I could not replicate the issue with "no data" upon launch. Is there any error message in the Error console?

          Hi @korina,

          This website doesn't allow me to upload screen recordings, so I've email it to your colleague Petra. There were no errors reported in the error console.

          As I mentioned, the issue is intermittent, so you likely won't be able to reproduce it all the time. It seems that it usually occurs after having not opened the app in several hours.
