The ability to add a favourite when there is no place name to search on

Hello, I often want to photograph in the middle of nowhere & at present i can place a weather picker but not actually save that location for the future. Would it be possible to have the favorite heart option available somewhere all the time? At present it is only available if you search on an actual place name.

On web browser, it works on any position, when clicking the yellow down arrow control (which opens the meteogram panel on the bottom side of the window):
