Hi there. I have until October 9 to renew the annual subscription. Just earlier today I had no credit on my prepaid Mastercard. But I've already loaded credit. Are they going to try the weak one again? or should I do it?

I have generated 2 consumptions to my mastercard prepaid card, of approximately $ 2.25 each, a total of $ 4.5. And the saddest thing is that I couldn't get a premium. Please, I need that money back in my account.
