Meaning of different icons offshore?

I'm trying to figure out the mobile app for offshore fishing. I see an icon with two fish inside, a windmill, and a tear drop.

Does anyone know where I can fin the meaning of these?

Hi @weekiman, by the description, you don't have our application. We are Windy.com, red and white logo, not Windy.app, blue and white logo. We are two different companies.
