Windy.com App is obsolete

Hi, using Windy on my Android tablet this morning, and I'm getting a banner which declares that "This version of Windy.com App is obsolete and will stop working soon. Please update your Windy.com App to the latest version".

A trip to google play reveals sadness.. Searching for Windy results in something called Windy.app: wind & weather live from Windy Weather World Inc. This thing looks NOTHING like windy and wants very much for me to feed my CC info to it before I can even use it (I am already a premium member of Windy), but it looks like a scam to me.

You have chosen the wrong app unfortunately.
The Windy.com mobile app is not windy.app.
It is this one:

Right, so two things...

figured as much. You folks need go after the goofballs trying to cash in on your epic app.
I figured out that the reason i am not seeing the Windy.com app on google play is that it is being hidden by the google gods. The Googles are claiming that Windy.com is not compatible with my device (a Pixel C Tablet)... grumble. Please, can you post the .apk to install off of?

@gooddm Hello, we no longer support Android 6 or lower, therefore Google Play will not recommend Windy.com to you since your device is not compatible with it.
The only solution is to upgrade to a newer phone, we cannot offer apk.
