      I was just auto renewed without notification and I cant find the platform on which I subscribed. I dont use the app, so please can my subscription be cancelled and refunded. Thank you in advance

        @nicolabamford15 Hello, to cancel the subscription, you have to go to a platform you are originally subscribed to. We don’t have any control over these platforms:

        App Store – https://support.apple.com/en-us/HT202039
        Google Play – https://support.google.com/googleplay/answer/7018481?co=GENIE.Platform%3DAndroid&hl=en

        I do not see any order via FastSpring under your email address.
