I was charged for windy premium but got no premium access, and I see that there's no help or no one that I can contact, Im already regretting this

I paid through paypal the premium subscription but got none. After the payment I was just diverted back to the 'select your subscription type' screen
Either return my money or give me the premium access
Also, there is no help or no one to contact
I am so regretting this

I thought this was a more serious and well established app
Didnt think it was a shaky thing ran by a bunch of random people -
@gusdrach, to cancel the subscription, you have to go to a platform you are originally subscribed to since Google Play and the App Store have their own administration to which we don’t have access to. The same goes for refunds.
If you are subscribed via the website (FastSpring), let me know what email address you used so I can refund you.
