And if it is possible to conceal "other" layer
i.e. when I see "cloud", it always shows an "unknown" layer (and black dots)

Concerning your first post, the white lines are due to the way how you make the color scale. You want to have uniform ranges of colors between each steps instead of smoothed colors. OK, but in this case you must leave a small transition with blended colors.
What I mean, instead of
3000m
4000m
4000m
5000m
5000m
6000m
You must have something like
3010
3090
4010
4090
5010
5090
So you get a small mixing transition between 3090 and 4100, 4090 and 5010…
May be you can try to reduce this transition or need to increase it.For example as

For your second post what you call an ‘unknown’ layer is Rain which is always shown together with Clouds. You cannot hide it.
Have you modified the Rain layer colors too?
