Replaying to this email adress

I got my camera rejected, something wrong with the username and password, but it also told me to replay to this adress, so i just it the replay button in Gmail without looking at the adress. The adress is a do-not-replay@windy.com, cant replay to that adreess!
About the webcam, i added it once more on the website. Hope it works now!
