Retrieve the date of the last image taken by a webcam

Hello to all,

I am using the windy api to get a picture from a camera near me to get an idea of the weather, I would also like to be able to display what time the picture was taken but I haven't found any information regarding this feature.
So please let me know if I have missed this information and if you know a way.
