It was a well-formed, slightly spiral "sunburst) pattern, and was NOT confirmed by any other radar imagery I could find. My conclusion is someone in your network around Cuba is playing with the image. Possibly not something that should go un-noted, hopefully just an "oops."</p>

The degree of interference depends on radiated power, antenna pointing angles, and distance between radars.</p>

Is there a way to block them or filter them out?  This is not a one time thing. I see this swirl, especially from Havana, almost every time I use Windy radar layer.</p>
