Why is the Smith point Marina ( Reedville Virginia) not up to date?

Obviously this webcam is out of service, last received images are 6 years old. This Windy.com URL has well a link to provider's web site (which is not available).
Windy just displays webcams provided by users; you should then contact directly the owner of that web cam to get news about it (I guess the cam is dead, or well the owner stopped sharing it).
