How to increase SPEED of pointer that shows
weather forecasts for the following days?

You cannot; a workaround (at least on web browser) is to grab the orange forecast validity box (mouse pointe changes to hand icon) and drag it right/left side horizontally along the time bar as fast as you wish.

When I joined Windy I remember seing three
icons wich commanded the speed of the pointer. Am i right?

The 3 icons are only available with Radar layer.
The best way to control the speed is to use the L&R arrow keys of your keyboard.
