I am in China and cannot log in with my account loaler@163.com on my iPhone and today I’ve purchased the premium but still cannot log on. It showed “login failed with an unexpected error please try again later.”
In addition when I click a location in the map the detailed weather info never show up below before or after buying the premium. -
I’ve learned just now the app is blocked in China so could you please arrange to refund me for the premium subscription?

Thanks for your prompt reply. I've cancelled the subscription on my iPhone already but it just means I won't continue to subscribe one year later. How can I get refunded for this year's subscription? -

@loaler Hello, I would recommend to use VPN to access the Google Play or use the VPN in general to access Windy app.
