Add real time Wind Speed map widget

It would be awesome to have a real time Wind Speed map widget view for this app. It would be really cool to have that feature!

@carlocor Hello, we do not display real-time values, we display forecast based on local and global weather models. If you want to see measured values, you can check our Weather stations.

@korina ok, Is It possibile to have this forecast (updated time to time or by a refresh button) inside a widget?

@carlocor Forecast inside the widget is updated, you can eventually use the refresh button inside the widget too.

Mine is only an awesome suggestione of improvement... -
@carlocor Thank you for suggestion. As I mentioned such widget would only show forecasted wind, not real-time values.
