Camera has disappeared from map

Camera was firstly hacked ( which was fixed ) and now it has disappeared from map and link not working !!
When linking to any other cam in the area it shows up in a different place !!! Image 2
I have tried to re-llocate it to the proper spot with no luck at all !!!
Can someone please fix this
