I was charged twice for an annual subscription by Google pay/windy on the same account.

Through which platform are you subscribed?
In case you are subscribed via the website (FastSpring), message me the email address you used and I can refund the duplicate order.
To cancel and refund the subscription made via application, you have to go to a platform you are originally subscribed to since Google Play and the App Store have their own administration to which we don’t have access to.
