<![CDATA[Windy not working as before]]>Korina, tried with all main browsers, Chrome, Safari and
Firefox, all updated to the last version. All Windy layers
are working properly with the exception of Rain,Thunder.
Presume problem should to be corrected on your side.
Tried to create a video of Rain,Thunder, but was unable.
System does not allow. Box shakes and indicates...
...stop video... :-( Big problem with Rain,Thunder!

It should not affect graphic compatibility mode, but it should fix the default mode. Could you please try to turn graphic compatibility mode off and let us know if it works properly? Thank you!

Apple change Safari version in last MacOS and iOS. And it affects 3 our layers: Rain & thunder, Thermals and Precip. type. All these layers just freeze because of Safari new bug. So we had to solve it somehow and not just wait till Apple fix it in Safari. We changed the way we render our layers. It worked well during test, but unfortunately we are unable to cover all possible hardware and software combinations. We are still working on it and doing our best to fix it for all our users properly. We apologize for all inconveniences and thank you for your patience.

maps, all showing only the wind particles, regardless of the selected item. You must trie
something else. Only layers that work properly
are WIND ( full colours, wind particles moving
correctly) and...the OUTDOOR MAP!!! Its almost ridiculous as Windy work so well, for such a long time.

Is it possible to delete Windy and download it again? In doing so did I loose my Premium status?

Could you please try to clear your browser cache and launch Windy again? What OS and browser are you using?

@headangle Also what exact issue do you have with Rain,Thunder? The layer shows no data or is this behaviour triggered by some action? Do you also have a problem with other layers?
