Windy not working as before

Could you please try to clear your browser cache and launch Windy again? What OS and browser are you using?
@headangle Also what exact issue do you have with Rain,Thunder? The layer shows no data or is this behaviour triggered by some action? Do you also have a problem with other layers?

OS X 10_15_7. Will launch Windy again.

@headangle,(1) problem is that if I initiate query by Rain,Thunder all other layers do not provide info. or just show flashes of colors with no senseat all (2) If I initiate by the last layers and up, all perform perfectly until reaching Rain, Thunder wich does not work ( grey map , country borders and no motion whatsoever)
Is it possible to delete Windy and download it again? In doing so did I loose my Premium status? -

Cleared cache, restarted Chrome on Mac OSX 10.15.7 and this is the rubbish I get. This is a subscription service, yes?

Just some background info why we made changes in this area. Apple change Safari version in last MacOS and iOS. And it affects 3 our layers: Rain & thunder, Thermals and Precip. type. All these layers just freeze because of Safari new bug. So we had to solve it somehow and not just wait till Apple fix it in Safari. We changed the way we render our layers. It worked well during test, but unfortunately we are unable to cover all possible hardware and software combinations. We are still working on it and doing our best to fix it for all our users properly. We apologize for all inconveniences and thank you for your patience.

@Filipe-Mayer We just released another fix. It should not affect graphic compatibility mode, but it should fix the default mode. Could you please try to turn graphic compatibility mode off and let us know if it works properly? Thank you!

@Filipe-Mayer tablet version with latitude and longitude, latitude picker, play button or option is missing. I like the older version better
