I pay for a premium account, but it is not active on my account yet!
I follow these steps but it's not working! (No Order Reference sent to my mail)

Me also, I purchased an annual subscription on Android (ie via Google Play) and can't access it on Desktop. I have only got a purchase reference on an email from google play, nothing in my inbox from Windy directly with any usable references. Please advise, I need it this week!

@idefix37 Thank you this worked, although it's quite a strange process to have to do!
For clarity, my desktop (via Chrome) premium subscription is now working as expected. Perhaps suggest to users who subscribe that they log out and back in, and do this as part of the standard process?
