ICON-D2 meteogram

As all the other models, ICON-D2 predicts snowfalls in the Alps as shown at this location at 2500m.

But in the detailed location forecast, we see only rain clearly expressed in mm, while snow pictograms are continuously displayed.

Is it an error, or precipitations have not been updated with the usual ratio 1mm water = 1cm snow?
