Even if I have paid for Windy Premium, every time I run the Windy app or log in through the website it proposes me to subscribe again.
Under the subscription page I tried the recovery button with no result.
I’m afraid that something is wrong. Do I have to take some action?
@panteliz Hello, you have subscribed via desktop (FastSpring), therefore you will need to enter the reference ID to restore the purchase on desktop. I understand what I have to do, but I have not the subscription Order Reference code. I have only the Paypal receipt.
