For me "Graphic compatibility mode" turned on solves the problem.

@Gkikas-LGPZ @idefix37 We just released another fix. It should not affect graphic compatibility mode, but it should fix the default mode. Could you please try to turn graphic compatibility mode off and let us know if it works properly? Thank you!

I have tried to turn off Graphic compatibility mode. But I am still getting the same bad rendering with Clouds layer. With Chrome on MacOS.
It works fine with Graphic compatibility turn on.
