    Why can't I move the picker,

      Why can't I move the picker, I have to move the map to the picker instead of moving the picker to the location. The tracker at the bottom, I cannot go back or forward and if I move to another location, I have to close out the screen and reopen to access a new location. How do I get rid of the "Download App" popup? Is it possible to go to full screen?

        That’s many questions.

        • Why you can’t move the picker but only the map … in the phone app? If you have a big finger over a location to place the picker, that will not be very precise. It is much better on a small screen to move the map to get the location precisely under the picker.

        • The tracker at the bottom… Do you mean the timeline or the detailed forecast for a location? That would be nice if you could show a screenshot. There is no reason why you can’t move the slider backward or forward.

        • There no reason to close the screen if you move to another location.

        • How do I get rid of the "Download App" popup? It is a bit strange because it seems you are already using the mobile app. Could you confirm and show a screenshot with this pop up.

          I have clicked on the download app and I already have the app on my phone.

            Thanks for screenshot.
            This is strange because your computer shows a UI similar to that of tablet using a browser. It explains all the problems you are getting.
            To morrow @Korina should give you useful advices.

              @cleeds93611 Hello, what browser and screen resolution are you using? Windy recognises your computer screen as a mobile device that is why the UI is different. Have you tried other browser?

                @korina I am 80 yrs old and some of computer jargon is confusing. It worked fin until the last update a few months ago. I think the browser is Edge or Internet Exployer and the resulation is 1920X1080.

                  @cleeds93611 I changed the Scale and Layout to a custom scale of 145% and it all seems to be good now.
