How to activate Premium?

Payment was made through Paypal, but no email received from FastSpring with the order reference. So, how to activate Premium?

@matevz-bosnak, let´s see how will they fix this for us. I´ve sent an email to support, but the answer was the same from one of the posts from this forum. To restore the purchase.... but... how if I don´t have this order reference? Hope that this FastSpring is not a scam.

@ifficsan @maxnk @matevz-bosnak Hello, FastSpring had a service outage yesterday, so some emails might have been delayed. The outage is resolved already. I have sent you the notification emails again, please check your mail box and let me know in case you did not get it.

After sending a message to FastSpring customer support, email with the reference order was received and then I was able to activate Premium.
Problem solved. -

Came here to ask if "fastspring" was legit.
(Looks like it is since @Korina [admin] is talking about them)Figured you might want to know that the "your subscription payment failed" looks 100% like a scam email cuz it doesn't come from windy.
