What exactly to understand be "more precise data" with Premium?

It says somewhere that by signing up for the Premium account, you will get more precise data? What exactly should be understood by that? Are the free access added some incorrect data?
Quite often, I see that Windy free will say cloudy and rain, in the hour to come, but then when you look out of the window after an hour, the sun is shining and weather is great. Or the opposite.

‘More precise data’ mainly because the data is updated 4 times a day and also provided with a 1-hour step forecast.
Then Windy shows weather models from major weather centers like ECMWF, NOAA/NCEP, DWD… This app does not provide its own weather forecast, but enable to compare these model forecast at your location.

@bonnel Hello, since Windy Premium offers more frequent updates and 1 hr forecast, it will deliver better and more precise forecast for the next hours or days.
