      I noticed in my settings it says my email has not been verified, I requested an email verification be sent and I never received it, I checked the junk or spam email and the verification message isn't there either. My email address in settings is correct.

          @korina I've tried a couple of times from both my iMac and iPhone I never get the verification email, I've searched the community and see others have had the same problem.

            I've paid you guys double time (accidentally) for a monthly and a yearly.

            Please refund all extra cash and get me settled on the site. If i want to use if after this.

              I'm not kidding. This is about proper data available at the appropriate times. I'm not sure what's going on over there.

                Hello, I can see your orders via FastSpring and they have all been cancelled. You had one annual subscription that was supposed to be renewed this month, but your credit card was declined and your subscription was deactivated.

                I do not see any double payment. If you made the duplicate order via Google Play or App Store, please request a refund through them, we do not have any control over those orders.
