Cannot restore purchases after entering new credit card details

Hello,
Recently i enter new credit card details. Fastspring sent me an invoice with a Windy code.
Entering this code into the Restore Purchases box does not work; i can't enjoy Premium.
How to do this?Thank you!

@stoppie Hello, your payment for subscription is past due already. There were attempts to renew the subscription via credit card, but they were declined. I recommend to contact your bank, why was the charges cancelled or try another payment method.

but i already gave in my new credit card to Fastsspring. Can you try again please? -
