The reason why you did not have access to Windy Premium was because you have not redeemed the subscription. To do that, you have to follow steps in this article - https://community.windy.com/topic/11832/what-to-do-if-you-can-t-access-your-windy-premium-features/82
Furthermore, we are Windy.com and not "windy.app", it is completely different application, there is no connection between us.
Make sure you are using real Windy applications:
Windy for iPhone
Windy for iPad

@korina ok so i did it again. this time it charged me in euro so i ended up paying more but I still have no premium or any email from fast spring with a reference # to restore it

@bobaloo Hello, as I can see, your second order was also cancelled, so you have not been charged. There is probably some issue with the payment method, since it is the second time it got cancelled.
