What's the difference between the $29.99 and the 18.99 annual Windy Premium Subscriptions?

@idefix37 Yeah, that doesn't help much. What does "subscription" mean? Why would someone pay $11 for for a subscription - what does it get me?

Both versions offer the same services and features. The cheaper version includes an automatic annual renewal, the other is a one time payment
