      On Windyty 5.0, using Firefox:
When I use the Arrow keys to move the time line, the pull-out on the right edge (the one that normally contains forecast information about a location) starts coming out. The rainbow parameter legend (e.g. wind speed or pressure) also moves to the left.

      This doesn't happen with Chrome.

Windty 5.0 is SUPER fast. Great job.

I'm rather new in using Windyty. So far only experienced the normal Windyty.
I got a grandchild crossing the N/Atlantic with a sailing yacht. Presently he
is approaching Bermuda from SE. The huricane Joaquin just passed west
of Bermuda and the yacht is navigating with caution.
I'm a retired master mariner and payin a lot interest in my grandchild's sailing
        interest.
To the Point: I'm missing the cordinates and have difficulties to find the yachts
position after having been given their position over e-mail.
The way I'm doing it so far is to klick on an estimated Point and get the detailed
information indicating Lat/long. Most of the time I have to klick on minimum
times Before I'm getting an acceptable position. Too complicated and timeconsuming.
Are there other ways to get the cordinates?? If so please let me know,
Windyty 5.0 is not yet tried out. I will probably try later.
Apart from the missing cordinates I find the Windyty excelent and indeed very
usefull. I'm not a facebook or twitty user and would very much like to be able to talk/chat
to/with the person in charge for Windyty.
        Many thanks
        Olle Jönsson

Ivo, the 5.0 is really a lot faster! Good job!

On the previous version the "timeline"would stop when all data is not completely loaded and continue after complete load. This was very handy on slow internet connections. I live in the middle of nowhere (10 to 100 kbps) and work offshore (sometimes only 0.5kpbs).

Although 5.0 loads faster and more efficient i do find i miss some frames when playing trough the wind or rain forecasts.

Dear All, a short post to confirm at 100% EricJ 's bug report, using Firefox.Report_2015_10_06.JPG Here attached a screen capture. Nevertheless, a big "bravo!" to Windyty.

                      So far so good.
Would be nice to see isobar lines for pressures.

I run a paragliding tour operation cloud9paragliding.com and windyty is an invaluable tool in helping me decide which site to fly and to plan my trips. It is the best sit on the web. Congrats!
I´m not stoked with the new version. I hope i can still access this version, it has much more graphic depth detail and richness, I love your present version ! mobile version lacks the progression in days. Thanks for your amazing tool, I use it on a daily basis !

I'm a sailor age 70 and plan to be active for a long time, what keeps me interested is efforts like this Site Windyty. the V 5 is better able to show closeup my area topography from GE.
What I would like once this version is finalized is a way to activate windyty from a say a Windyty login logo and not have to first access through a porthole like fire fox or google

@ivo I get the right hand pane opening up and covering about 80% of my screen when I try to select a different overlay on my iPad Air 2 in Safari.

Hi, I really appreciate that finally Chrome / OS X isn't using super crazy amount of energy. Before my CPU went up to 80 C degrees in Chrome and I had to use Safari only for Windyty.

Now, it's better, down from 135 to about 63 in Activity Monitor / Energy. It can still be better, but at least it's watchable on Chrome now.

All my feature request is that if you are using OS X, can you keep an eye on Activity Monitor / Energy tab and see if you can keep lowering that number?

As a reference, a static Leaflet map uses around 3.

Really love Windyty and use it every day for paragliding!
In version 5.0 I only change altitude when in "wind" viewing mode not "clouds, rain" viewing mode.

Also it's now not so easy to find the NEMS model after you have bookmarked the page - you have to zoom (in or out) and then the option come up.
Sorry, but I much prefer the old version!
