Ability to set the startup model?

Windy lets me pick the startup screen, but not model. In my location I prefer the NAM model, because it appear to be closer to reality. But Windy keeps switching back to the European model.

@davidwsnow Hello, ECMWF is currently the default model. We will think about making an option to save a different default model.
