Why I can not see detailed forcast in China?

Dear sir, I'm a Chinese User for ahout 4 year, and I had bought a Prenium Account till last year. But nearly I found that I can't read any detail weather forcast for 3 hours and 1 hour(This is a legitimate right for Prenium User.)Do we have any solutions?
