Cancel subscription, refund

Hello.
I had subscribed to windy premium a year ago and now it has been resubscribed and amouht deducted from my credit card.
Kibdly cancel my annual subscription and amount be refunded to my card.
My subscription was renewed on 08 Jan 22.
And it is also suggested that auto renewal be confirmed from the user before deduction
