Remember 1h/3h setting - how do I switch between the two

Hi I am a premium windy user and i noticed the following setting. Can you please let me know where I can select 1h vs 3h setting in the first place?

Does this carry over onto mobile devices/tablets? I don't see the setting there on my ipad.

Right, this setting is not (yet?) available on iPad.
If you connect on desktop, you can turn on 1h / 3h setting and I guess this setting will be applied to all your devices.
