      I paid $43.29 on a credit card for a year subscription to Windy Premium, however, all I can see is the basic free app. Who do I contact about this issue? I did not use FastSpring to pay.

        The same applies for me. Yesterday I purchased Premium and payed via Paypal. Anyone an idea what to do about it?

          @jimrehage Hello, we do not have a subscription that costs $43.29, you are probably contacting a wrong company. We are Windy.com (with a red logo), below are links to our apps:
