      iPhone user, ver 15.2.1. Widget was working fine, rebooted phone and widget changed locations and in the process of trying to get location back, it’s gone and I can’t get it back.

        @nathan-4 Hello, could you please describe your issue a little more? You cannot place the widget on the screen at all? What phone type and Windy version do you have?

          I have an iPhone 6S. I think I found the problem in the phones settings with the location being changed and corrected that. But not being able to get the widget back is perplexing. On the preview screen, left swipe from Home Screen, i get a message about downloading a widget that is compatible with ios 14 or above. Will I need to delete windy and reload? Will I ask my settings and preferences be lost? Windy ver 33.1.1

            Now I’m logged out, password doesn’t work, and I’m not receiving a pw reset email.

                @nathan-4 Hello, we no longer support widget on the left side menu. You can place your widget on the screen instead.

                  Did you stop support for your password reset feature also? I’m not sure I want to pay for premium anymore if I cannot access the premium features. Nathan.

                    @nathan-4 Hello, I can see you have a Premium badge on your profile, so you should have access to the Premium features. You can reset your password at https://account.windy.com/reset. If you have any other issue, please describe a little more.

                      I found where I wrote down my password so I’m logged back in, however I never received a reset email. Now how do I get a widget on my homepage?

                        @nathan-4 I just found the widget problem thread. Guess I’m not alone. Let us know when it gets better.

                          @nathan-4 Hello, the reset emails sometimes end up in spam folder, so I would recommend check those folders too.
