Update Saudi cities on the map

We kindly ask you to update the names of the Saudi cities, because there are errors in them, where some incorrect places, which were the result of vandalism on the OSM map, such as this place:

We also ask you to take the names from name or name:ar tags because the official language of Saudi Arabia is Arabic
