Looking for help integrating Windy data (satellite and forecast layers)
-
Does anyone know who might be able to help me import Windy's satellite imagery layer and forecast imagery layer into my application? We've worked through the API, but are having trouble rendering the info. I figure it would be a lot easier if I could work with someone that has done it before. Thanks!

@mattlaneco Hello, the full documentation can be found at https://api4.windy.com/.
Please also note that Windy API can not be used in weather related applications - Terms of Use. -
@korina Hi Korina! Our application isn't a weather application. It is social focused...it allows Pilots to share information on actual flight conditions. We don't have any intent on violating your terms of use at all. Our goal is to incorporate Windy for weather :)
We've reviewed the documentation, but what i'm really hoping I can find is someone that might want to contract with us that already knows how to render the Windy imagery. Do you know anyone that might be interested in helping us?

@mattlaneco Thank you for clarification. If by "rendering" you mean working with API, then you might find some examples here on the forum.

@korina what we are struggling with is whether the API can be used to display windy forecast layers native within an app. All examples we can find on the forum are browser based or are using a browser window inside of an app to display windy data. Is the browser a limitation of the API or are there examples anyone knows of where the data has been displayed natively within an app?
