付费订阅会员，为什么没服务？

@chenxi1920 I am afraid that using VPN on your device or at least in the browser is the only way. It looks like there is an issue from Chinese end in blocking our service.

@chenxi1920 try to install a VPN addon in the Chrome browser for example, you can find them in the store in the browser and they should be free as well.

@Ondřej-Šutera hi, i had tried mny to login and out for many time, even via vpn still no showing premium features. I have no idea what’s going on with windy app. Im currently in china, is that the app can’t operating in china’s network or what. Please find out the solutions for premium subscribers. Thanks a million

Unfortunately, if your issue is missing data in the forecast or being offline in Windy, our colleagues will discuss it today, however, it looks that the issue cannot be fixed from our end now, since there is certain blocking in Chinese infrastructure. However, I will keep you posted.
@SK-CHEW When you did try to access Windy via VPN, did you have issue with being online or getting data from the forecast, or you only got the free version? Can you please let me know?

Hi, can you please provide your DNS server (link to get this info), screenshot of your issue in Windy and screenshot of Network tab in the dev console?
