付费订阅会员，为什么没服务？

@Ondřej-Šutera hi, i had tried mny to login and out for many time, even via vpn still no showing premium features. I have no idea what’s going on with windy app. Im currently in china, is that the app can’t operating in china’s network or what. Please find out the solutions for premium subscribers. Thanks a million

Unfortunately, if your issue is missing data in the forecast or being offline in Windy, our colleagues will discuss it today, however, it looks that the issue cannot be fixed from our end now, since there is certain blocking in Chinese infrastructure. However, I will keep you posted.
@SK-CHEW When you did try to access Windy via VPN, did you have issue with being online or getting data from the forecast, or you only got the free version? Can you please let me know?

Hi, can you please provide your DNS server (link to get this info), screenshot of your issue in Windy and screenshot of Network tab in the dev console?
All of this info is needed, so we could try to help you with an access to Windy.

@SK-CHEW So you can access the free version, but when you get to your Premium account, there is this issue with the offline mode?

@Ondřej-Šutera yes, in the app it only have free version features, but after subscribe to premium its nothing change, still the free version no premium features.

@marklaogu 我之前也是有同样的问题，如果大家订阅了会员后没能展示会员的功能，尝试重新安装windy app, 然后在登入账号，进入会员订阅在底部有个 restore purchases 的字体点击查看，如果现实(Wow it appears that you are offline) 的提示，打开vpn在尝试一下就可以看到你们订阅的信息，能够进入后就可以用了。

So it's not a premium thing but something block China user from getting report even accessed from vpn on mobile phone (desktop or laptop still can access under vpn environment). This is a big bummer for someone like me used to get surfing report based on windy in 3 years. Hope staff can fix this soon. Good luck
