      @Ondřej-Šutera 既然中国这边的有问题,就应该马上关闭中国这边的付费通道,
      现在中国这边很多用户都有问题。钱花了享受不到服务

          I'm in China and can't have any premium report even I accessed through VPN, please let me get my refund since I can't see anything here.

                    @Ondřej-Šutera yes, in the app it only have free version features, but after subscribe to premium its nothing change, still the free version no premium features.

                      @SK-CHEW Can you send the usernames or email (here in private message) which is assigned to your Premium subscription? Since this account, you are using here, is on the free plan.

                        @marklaogu 我之前也是有同样的问题,如果大家订阅了会员后没能展示会员的功能,尝试重新安装windy app, 然后在登入账号,进入会员订阅在底部有个 restore purchases 的字体点击查看,如果现实(Wow it appears that you are offline) 的提示,打开vpn在尝试一下就可以看到你们订阅的信息,能够进入后就可以用了。

                          So it's not a premium thing but something block China user from getting report even accessed from vpn on mobile phone (desktop or laptop still can access under vpn environment). This is a big bummer for someone like me used to get surfing report based on windy in 3 years. Hope staff can fix this soon. Good luck
