Can’t find my subscription info

Can’t find info regarding my subscription including when it expires. I can’t find any of this info through the App Purchases or Subscriptions at the App Store on my iPhone. Found the fast spring link in one of the discussion posts. Fast spring told me that an email was sent to me. However I have been checking all morning in my inbox & spam folders and NO Email from Fast Spring! I need to access my subscription info. Please Advise.

It’s been 22 hours & I have not yet received any response from Windy.com or Fast Spring. However, in the meantime I looked through my receipts and found a charge for $45.99 CAD on May 3, 2021. I am quite sure this is for my Premium Windy. At that price I must have purchased Premium for one year & it is NOT a 1yr. Subscription. It is my understanding that this will expire on May 3, 2022 and it will NOT auto renew. I am hoping this is the case since I do NOT want it to auto renew.
Please confirm that I have Premium Windy until May 3,2022 & that it will NOT auto renew. -

@daveb2578 Hello, I have not found any order under your email address D***@GMAIL.COM on FastSpring unless you used a different email for the purchase.
If you didn't purchase Premium via FastSpring (desktop), then you can check your subscription status via your App Store or Google Play profile, based on which platform you used for the purchase.
Please let me know, in case you used different email for FastSpring.

Can you check if I purchased Windy Premium for one year only & it will not auto renew? I have checked my subscriptions on my iPhone via the App Store & Settings. Windy Premium is not listed as a subscription. Can you confirm when my Windy Premium will expire AND if it will auto renew or if it will just end. PLEASE ADVISE. I would suggest that Windy make getting info regarding status of a person’s account including date of purchase, type of purchase, subscription status, expiration date or auto renew date all easily accessible through the Windy App itself instead of having to go on a search for this info. I appreciate your help with finding this information for me. However, I can’t help but think there must be a better way that involves a lot less time.

Tried the only other email I’d use & still no email from Fast Spring. I am assuming that I must have purchased a one year only Premium that should NOT auto renew. I will watch to make sure it doesn’t renew automatically.
