Wind parameters for India every 15 mins

Do you think we can get parameters like wind speed, wind direction, air pressure, temperature - at various altitudes for specific sites in India for an interval of every 15 mins?

Windy visualizes forecast based on local and global weather models, we do not display real-time data.

@korina Thank you for your response. I do not wish to get real-time data, although that would be more useful. We can work with data that is up to 3 years old.
